EU Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us unambiguously within that period by emailing infoguadarnes@gmail.com.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Returns should be sent to: Calle Víctor Andrés Belaúnde 54, 28016, Madrid, Spain. Returns may also be made in person at our physical store.

Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid for the product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or the customer has provided proof that it has been returned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases provided for by law, including, among others: personalized or custom-made items, and sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

No returned item will be accepted without prior notice of the withdrawal request.

Shipping Damage and Manufacturing Defects

All our shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our facilities.

If an item arrives damaged during transport, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery, and in any case within 48 hours, providing photographs of the item and its packaging, so that we can promptly resolve the issue with the courier company.

If you identify a manufacturing defect, please contact us at infoguadarnes@gmail.com so we can arrange a repair, replacement (subject to availability), or, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with the law.
